### **SAD** is an **AI Agent** **memecoin** on SOLANA.&#x20;

We believe that the future of Web3 will be defined by memecoins, and that memecoins will eventually evolve into altcoins. That’s why our team combines the branding of a memecoin with the ambition and technical foundations of an altcoin project.

### We want to break the mold

SAD is the first piece of the puzzle. The story of SAD is a retrospective on crypto degens. We firmly believe that money brings happiness, but we also recognize that excess is harmful. SAD stands for neutrality and fights against extremes.

### SAD's story

SAD's story is built on this idea: He was a degen who had made a fortune, living a life of excess—drugs, parties... But one day, during the Los Angeles wildfires, he lost everything—his house, his car—and on top of that, he got rugged for all his savings. And so, SAD was born.

He moved back in with his mother, determined to rebuild his life.

But then, he was captured by an unknown force. With no way to make money anymore, he had to find a way to rediscover the joy of living—without relying on excess.

The goal of the SAD project is to reach a $50 million market cap. Once that milestone is achieved, SAD’s story will come to an end. The retrospective on wealth will be complete, and SAD will be freed, fully detoxified.

At that point, SAD will undergo a rebranding—from SAD to Happy. SAD is blue and sad; Happy will be yellow and joyful.
